We would like to have your contact information for the church office. From time to time, we may send texts or emails to you with schedule changes or upcoming events. The online directory will be password protected and the printed directories will only be given to our church family.

Ways to provide your info: You can fill out a Connection Sheet at church, download the fill-able PDF and email it back to us at info@foundationchurchag.com, or simply email us your name, address, phone and email.
